Used to really enjoy their fried chicken, haven't been able to get any the last several times I was in since they stop cooking at 3. Made a special trip to elma to get some and was told there would be a 20 minute wait, which I understand happens sometimes, so I didn't mind. I purchased a few items and was going to pay for my chicken ahead of time, to which I was told it would be an hour and a half. I was a bit surprised but they said they just put down jo Jo's, and that would be the wait. Understanding again, that these things happen sometimes, I said that was fine, and if they could put some down next, then I would be fine returning in an hour and a half. I went on to attempt to say that the past several times I have been in, they didn't have the chicken and I really have been craving it so I wouldn't mind making the trip back, but before I could finish the sentence the cashier cut me off being very rude, telling me that they don't even know if they have any and that I should have called ahead and that I have no idea what they do or how many people they have to serve, and started getting in my face. I'm like "I understand that, which Is why I asked if you could drop some, and I could come back when you said they would be ready..." I just wanted some chicken, man. I get the poor guy was probably under some stress but there was no need to flip out on me like that. Needless to say, I will not be returning here for chicken lol.
