Andrew is a real professional. His expertise and knowledge are second to none. He is efficient and diagnoses problems quickly. He gives the consumer confidence and a feeling of trust. I will always call on him when I need my appliances serviced.

very honest, called Andrew in the first time for dryer problem, he came in promptly , diagnosed the problem, and told me it was not a machine problem but clogged up vent duct. So my husband went to Home Depot bought the 'do it yourself kit' but machine still didn't work. Called back in Andrew insisting it is the machine, he checked it again and this time insisted we hire a professional vent duct cleaner with roof license. And so we did. Sure enough, he was correct. He did not charge us for the second call. And like what Andrew said, it should be someone with roof license who goes up the roof and clean the duct filter from up too. I just realized the importance of roof access when we had a roofer fix a leaking roof vent 2 months later, and as he checked all the vents, he noticed the dryer vent cap was still packed with compressed lints.
