They are HORRIBLE!!! choose anything else!! They don't pick up trash they throw it everywhere! They didn't put back the trash bin under the trash shoot and left it hanging in the garage blocking cars while tenants throw trash down the shoot and it lands on the floor. They threw trash all over the garage. Our entire alley is full of trash when they come. This is 3rd time they've done this. The drivers laugh and don't care. If you want cleanness DONT USE THEM

Such a horrible company, I can’t even understand how they are contracted from the city. They miss pick ups every week, the drivers are terrible, there is no way to talk to anyone outside of the regular customer service who has no idea of what is going on. They will throw all trash in the ground when they pick up even tho the overflow is from them missing the pick ups. They lie every time you call them even though we have cameras all over showing the drivers not even stopping.. i honestly cannot wait for the day the city drops them so I don’t have to deal with them..
