Ruined a $370 Restoration Hardware blanket. Was soft and smooth and luxurious. After a $40 dry clean job the hairs/fibers are singed and rough. No idea what they did to it, but it’s ruined. Very sad. I had been using them regularly, and they were very kind and had great prices and service. The blanket specified dry cleaning only. It was made of specific material. I had no idea how they could ruin it. Not sure if it was chemically ruined or too much friction or heat. But it was a family favorite blanket on the couch. I don’t recommend dry cleaning items here you value.

Excellent and quality cleaning. Their price is very reasonable. The owners and receptionist are all very nice and friendly. I highly recommend them. I also dropped back off the wire hangers they use so they can reuse them instead of creating more trash. The owner was very grateful.
