My mother and I were very excited to go see what they had since we were in need of some new gym clothes. We spent about 20 minutes just looking for some damn parking and the first thing my mom says is " I hope they're not racist and start following us around," since we are Latino and this store is mostly approached by white people. We enter and are created kindly and we though "hmm this might turn out well." My mom spots a top she likes and we start moving around. We are then approached by another women who asks if we need help, surprising but not out context since it is a big store. I Kindly say no and keep looking, that's when my mother and i start moving about again and guess what happens next. A lady starts following me and somone else starts following my mom!!! What a surprise, NOT!! I decided to go with my mom since I could feel their breathing behind my back and then my mom noticed the same chick that was near me followed me. They didn't even try to be subtle about it!!! This is bs !!! My mother was fully capable of buying out more than 500$ worth of items in that store on the spot , just because we were dressed a bit messy ( it was between work ) and we looked Latina. it certainly wasn't a new feeling but it certainly irked our bones. Wouldn't recoment if you're a Latin or , black , or anything else bedside blue eyed and blonde haired. 🖕🏼
