I was looking at some pants online and had completely forgotten the name of them, Courtney came over and asked if I needed any help. After my inarticulate ramblings of what I was looking for, she took me right over to what I needed. Super helpful, friendly and made my experience great. Thanks so much Courtney!

I had a terrible experience with the manager at this store. It's a complicated story, but the short of it was that I had to transfer store credit from a return back on my credit card. She was curt and rude to me from the very beginning, and at one point implied that I was lying to her! I was completely shocked with the way she treated me. She barely gave me time to explain myself and kept on talking over me. I'm really disappointed and quite surprised as my prior experience a few months earlier had been great. After this experience though I won't be coming back to shop at this location.
