I’ve Never been to a music/instrument store where you can’t touch the instruments. I understand maybe not allowing young children but an adult? Why display instruments if you can’t try them? I was asked to put down a guitar bc they are cautious with their instruments. Interesting and disheartening. I won’t be back here.

Kinda disappointed my Violin is taking so long to get set up, and she didnt have an instructor for me for at least a month. It's been "being set up" now for 3 weeks! My friend who bought one and had it serviced the week after mine has been calling too and nothing.

Only place to go for help needed with instruments. They are very knowledgeable, and their prices are reasonable. They fixed my daughters clarinet, and deep cleaned it. It was done quick and efficiently. Competitive pricing, knowledgeable staff, and extremely friendly service.
