My furnace fan (blower) had died on a Sunday afternoon resulting in no AC blowing through the vents. Called them after my usual furnace service company was showing no appointments for several weeks in their online appointment schedule tool. Was given an appointment for the next morning.
They showed up within the promised time window. Turns out I needed a new blower and they were able to get it the next day. By Tuesday morning everything was done. I was impressed considering we are in the middle of summer.
From the initial call and appointment scheduling to updates on when the technician was coming to updates on the part availability to proactively scheduling the replacement part installation - first rate communications. Very impressed!
