Terrible customer service. Apparently, you have to wait 2-3 weeks to get a replacement debit card. I went to the branch and ordered a replacement card on 2/10 and was told it would take 7 business days to arrive at the branch. Called today 2/25, 11 business days later, and was told that it isn't there yet and it "MAY" be there tomorrow 2/26. If not, it "MAY" be there Monday 3/1. I was told that it all depends on when they check their mail and they only do it once a week. If its not there by Monday they offered to order another one and go back through the two week waiting period. It is so frustrating and I will be looking at other banking options.

Actually my experience with customer service at Riverview has been very helpful. The problem I have is with their electronics. I don't use my mobile banking app often & often my password has been forgotten. So I spend a lot of time with customer service & know that they are very professional & well- trained in their system.
