I made an appointment with Lamar who I believe is the manager of the store. I was able to get in right away and know that he was there. I had read online that he did a great job. Those reviews were right. He fixed my problem quickly and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need yet. By doing that he has created a loyal customer for his store. I will be back whenever I have a problem or am ready to buy other phones. I live near another store but the reviews on its customer service were awful so I went across town to Lamar’s store.

Dropped off my wireless router here with Ben since I heard nothing from AT&T about where or how to return equipment. AT&T keeps calling me (automated) about returning my equipment now and I can’t contact anyone in this store. I’ve called and stopped by and I continue to receive no help. I’ve been rerouted to the digital sales a thousand times. Solid stuff.
UPDATE- Finally had the issue dealt with and was helped by Alexa who was very competent—fingers crossed she’s working next time I have to go there!

Jonathan was very helpful in assisting my purchase of a new phone for the best price available for my cellular needs, and caught an upgrade to a better plan for my family. He patiently answered my questions throughout the purchase and was attentive to my curiosity around pricing, plans and devices. I appreciate this branch location being close to where I live, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful throughout the 8 years I’ve visited the store.
