We had the best experience with Joel. He was very knowledgeable about the phones, very patient and took care of us extremely well, helping with everything from my son's phone to pairing his Apple Watch to finding the best pricing for covers and accessories. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend Joel. He was more knowledgeable than the so-called "geniuses" at the Apple Store.

Amazing in store experience. Had to get a new number on my current line, and it was handled in less than 10 minutes. Amazingly knowledgeable and attentive. Been with ATT for 20 years, and I’ll be there 20 more!
