I visited the AT&T Store at the street of Brentwood and Roosevelt who was very professional and kind help show me how to put my yahoo email back into my phone. He is a great representation of customer service in the retail service. I actually port back the AT&T from Xfinity due the their service, and Roosevelt just made my experience better with his excellent customer service.

Walked in the store and was automatically greeted and was asked how they can help when I visited the store. CJ helped me out with all my questions such as what I’m being charge for on my monthly bill. He was able to fix my son’s iPad when I thought it was completely broken. I didn’t know how to reset the iPad. Overall, great customer service!

Great Customer Service at the Brentwood Store! I was immediately greeted when I walked in, which set the tone for my visit. All the reps were busy with customers, but the manager CJ was available to help troubleshoot my disaster from an “authorized” dealer (never again 🙄). CJ was very personable and knowledgeable on all things ATT. He took his time explaining to me as he solved my problem. He even saved me money on my bill going forward! I will be returning, for all my future ATT purchases.
