Absolutely the worst, definitely avoid Nelson. I have been helped here twice, to open an account and then to get a new phone and both times my account was completely screwed up by the employees here, costing me hours on the phone with customer service (also terrible) and in the case of Nelson, money as well. And the customer service reps all agree it was his fault but there is nothing anyone will do. And if you’re a first responder avoid First Net it’s a scam with terrible service and no one understands how it works or can help you with it. My experience with AT&T is seriously the worst I have ever had with any company in my life and all the employees have been completely ignorant about everything, especially Nelson. I will warn everyone away from this company forever, and everyone at every hospital I work at to avoid First Net.

Gary fixed my IPhone that was non-responsive. Somehow the touchscreen wasn’t working and he quickly reset the phone and fixed the display which was locked on a Zoom screen. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommended.

Best service I’ve had in a while especially at this location that I come to often. Came in looking to upgrade my 2 phones and was assisted by the lovely Karen. She answered all my questions thoroughly and updated me on any promotions. She was super efficient and just very helpful overall. Loved her and will definitely be coming back and asking for her. Pls ask for Karen next time you’re in.
