Lucas has been super helpful in helping me resolve the billing issues, which unfortunately still hasn't been resolved due to AT&T back-office. He has been professional and tried to help where he could, which I truly appreciate.

Going through a nightmare with AT&T business sales reps that visited my office. I was forced to take matters into my own hands multiple times and go into a store to get issues resolved after switching carriers to AT&T. Fortunately the guys at this store are professional and make an effort to help and get actual results. I've dealt with Ed here on a few occasions now and he has been the only bright spot in our switch over to AT&T, Ed is literally the only reason I didn't cancel my brand new 6 line business account and go to a different carrier.

Arthur was very helpful and informative. He helped us find a good deal on plans and a new phone. He was very quick also in doing the transaction. If i ever need help with my line again i will definitely look for Arthur again.
