JD was amazing, my sister and I came to upgrade our phones and let me tell you he went above and beyond. He was so patient and helpful. He transferred all my photos and contacts thank you JD.

It was my worst experience, their employee JD was very rude to me. And also when I asked to get bettrr help in case he is not sure about my problem, he told me he is amangar that was a lie because later I met the real manager- very frustrating experience. His behavior was so offensive.

Went there before and it was a good experience but came today at 640pm sat and it's closed. Google says 7. I called and went to voicemail. 😑
