Was being helped by Harvey. Was taking in a trade in iPhone but it has security on it that wouldn’t allow it to be erased for an hour. Told him I’d be back in an hour, waited nearby, and went back. The store was locked even tho they were open and he showed up like 15 mins later. I told him I was there to turn in the phone and he told me he was on break. Totally get people need to take breaks but he was a jerk about it. I said hey, we talked about how it was going to take an hour and I’d be back in an hour. He told me, “that sounds like a you problem”. What the heck man. Totally uncalled for. I told him he knew I was coming back and he told me that he doesn’t work on my time. I said you knew I was coming back if you had to take a break you could have given me a heads up. To which he said I don’t have to tell you anything about my break. I said yeah you don’t but it would have been polite. Let after that a drove to a different store. I then called AT&T Corp. They asked for his employer ID so I called the store to get it. He told he he would t give it out, even with corp on the line talking, and then hung up when I asked for the district managers name.
