Natalia was fantastic. She listened to the issue, was knowledgeable, provided options and explained them in detail, was patient, juggled other customers at the same time as she was the only person in the store, was friendly and cheerful, and an excellent face of AT&T!

We were enrolled in a teacher appreciation discount program, which was activated pending confirmation of my eligibility. But it's nearly impossible to provide the proof. Email instructions say to go the bottom of the Customer Service Summary for instructions on how to get the discount. There it says "If you recently enrolled in this program, please ensure you complete all steps to confirm your eligibility and keep the benefits." But there are no further instructions. This looks like a snipe hunt.
