Manager was deceitful. We went in clear we wanted to pay for a phone outright with no financing. Store manger lied about discounts, lied about bills, and showed deceptive billing. The Yorba Linda Att is not run under a honest manager. I’m bummed we went there.

Larry and Mohammed saved the day. I literally sat on hold and on chat for hours and hours yesterday and today and NOBODY could figure it out. I went into the store telling myself "it's not their fault mind your tone tiffany do not flip out on these people!" I went in And was helped by muhammad, who was shortly accompanied by larry, and the two of them to care my issues, figured it out without me having to explain it a million times and I was up and running again within minutes.My phone was working! Literally minutes, compared to hours upon hours upon hours. Multiple people multiple times multiple stories. On, hold disconnected, dropped calls out of service suspension, Pay your bill. You don't owe a bill. What's your pin it was a nightmare. Thank you guys for your excellent customer service Skills and For making my day amazing.
