Came to the store with a HUGE issue from Costco being a NEW customer my experience with was a nightmare to say the least, I transferred service from T-Mobile and waited for my phone to be shipped to me. My phone was shipped. I called to activate my phone. They were unable to for two days. I waited till Monday to go into Costco to see if they can help me, I was there for an hour and had to leave for an appointment went back the next day for two hours and was on the phone , trying to fix the situation with the AT&T employee. We were unable to come to a solution. at that point I no longer had service from either carriers because of something AT&T did so now I went a whole day with no phone. I then went to an AT&T store across the parking lot from Costco. He tried to help but couldn’t…he actually recommended that I went back to T-Mobile service I could not believe what I was going through and what an AT&T employee told me! then tried one more time at a corporate AT&T store. The manager was great immediately I wanted to go in and be upset about this whole situation because it blew my mind what was happening…I spent the next four hours at the store with the manager, trying his hardest to get me a working phone before I left that day again after four hours, he was able to fix the problem along with tech-support and I was able to leave the store with an actual working phone. Thank you so much Alberto from the Murrieta store off Madison Avenue and your team for working tirelessly in helping me get my phone back ! Appreciate everything you did including this last visit !

The AT&T corporate store in Murietta , California was excellent.
The advisor” Alex “assisted me on a very timely basis to rectify my issues and I was a “happy camper”. Thank you.
