We are traveling thru the area and had to stop for help with our phones. Both the young man that helped us inside the store and the young lady that I spoke with on the phone had some of the best customer service I have seen in a long time. Very satisfied with our visit and the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff.

Dave was amazing everyone in the store actually but, Dave is the MVP helped me with an issue I've been having and it actually got resolved. Give this man a raise. You guys were so great.

Do NOT use the AT&T store in Oak Harbor, WA. We changed our AT&T plan and without our authorization EXTRA CHARGES were added to our account that appeared on our bill and we were required to pay the monthly cost for several months. He does not explain the features of the plan correctly and leaves out important details. Do NOT trust the employees at the Oak Harbor, WA AT&T store! He will act friendly, but you should NOT trust what he is telling you or what he is NOT telling you! Buyer BEWARE.
