Just went in, they were kind of busy. Waited our turn. Once it got to us we told the gentleman what we were in for. He did not have his pad, I asked him if we could get this going. He went and got his pad. Then asked another customer what they were in for started helping her while unloading boxes. Just left us sitting there. I’m not happy! It was rude, and horrible customer service. There is only one gentleman that I absolutely love! Pullman store is horrible so we always go to Moscow. This was not ok to do!

Very quick to help and very nice and respectful. I needed a new phone unexpectedly and they helped me find something affordable quick and painlessly and gave me good recommendations for accessories.
