I went here to get technical assistance with porting my number away from AT&T carrier and new phone. I asked for help in person at this store. The young man asked if I was there to buy anything. I explained that I had already called Apple for technical support. I repeated again why they told me to go to the AT&T store who is my present carrier. He couldn't be bothered to help. He told me to cross the bridge and drive to the Apple store at Tacoma Mall.
I asked if he could think of any other alternative solution to make sure my phone was backed up and ready to switch carriers and phones. He said he couldn't help. (Why? I am an AT&T customer and need technical help).
Then it dawned on me hours later that I could use my own phone over wi-fi to double check that the backup was complete. That's all he needed to instruct me to do! Not drive to a whole other city with a bridge toll. He could have said, just connect to wi-fi and use your Apple product in Safari to check your backup.
Impression he left was: didn't care, not technically skilled, only concerned about making sales, didn't resolve the problem I had
