We were traveling from Alabama on a Saturday. My wife was having issues with data/internet on her phone. We pulled into Des Moines, WA AT&T store. Isaiah and Ginger were awesome. They quickly identified the problem and worked alongside tech support until all the issues were resolved. Outstanding service. They saved our vacation.

🧚🏿♂️ I had the best experience my representative Ginger made my day I was having such a stressful day she made me feel comfortable great customer service Ginger went above and beyond thx u so much Ginger , and I wanted 2 add a couple of months I came in my phone 📱 locked I couldn’t use it for a few days when I came very tall very nice looking Rep. I believe Ginger said he was the boss he unlocked my 📱 and gave me a very good tip so 👍🏿 up 2 him for making my day better I wish I could remember his name but as I was leaving I shared my experience with Ginger she said my boss at that time he walked in as I was leaving I thanked him again I luv this location and I also get the help I need thx u At-t on 272nd 27043 pacific Hwy so. #c5 Desmoines Wa. 98198 God bless u all thank. Brandon helped my son and I set up our new phones and was so helpful and patience.
His personality and customer service skills are exceptional!
