My phone was unable to accept calls from numbers outside of my contact list. This wasn’t a problem until my daughter got a new number and couldn’t reach me. I visited an AT&T store (a different one from my usual), where they suggested I contact Samsung. Samsung worked remotely on my phone and then suggested I reach out to my carrier. Despite all efforts, no one—absolutely no one—could figure out how to 'fix' my problem; these so-called experts had no clue. I decided to try one last AT&T store before giving up, and that’s where I met Cassandra. She tried a few things and then called my phone—something no one else had attempted. Cassandra discovered that unknown numbers were being rerouted to a third-party app on my phone. The solution was as simple as clicking 'not spam.' Voilà! The situation was fixed. My daughter and I are so relieved that I can receive her calls now. I’m so thankful to Cassandra!

Cassandra was extremely helpful in our recent iPhone upgrade. She took the time to transfer the config and contents from old phone to new. Excellent customer service.
