The personnel were so patient with my numerous questions. He took his time with me, helping me to pick the products that best met my needs. I know they will continue to be there for me when I have questions. I highly recommend him and this store.

I would give ten stars if I could. The manager of this ATT store is a young man called Archer and he is hands down the best customer service agent that I have ever worked with. He spent hours with me, after signing up with ATT, fixing a complicated problem precipitated by Verizon. During those hours I was able to observe how he and Zac, the other rep at the store, took care of every type of phone issue. If you live in the area, I would recommend getting ATT cell service just to have the advantage of working with these two if need be.
