I went to the Kirkland, WA 2289667 store yesterday to upgrade my phone. The only agent working, Gus, was helping a customer out, but made it a point to greet me cheerfully and assure me that he’d be with me shortly. Which he was. I found his knowledge of products and plans very helpful. I feel as though if I ever need assistance again I can return to this store.

Sadly I only seem to come on here when receive horrible customer service but on the plus side reminds me to write about the great service I had forgotten to review here. This location is the worst. We’ve been customers for over 15 years including my husbands business and employees. He came in to upgrade his phone and was treated so terribly by Zack he left. I wasn’t there but reported to head office who completely ignored it. We were about to switch servers at the end of the month until we met Henry at the totem lake blvd location. Henry not only was exceptional but apologized for the service at this location but also his company lack of response. Totally represented his company so well and was so fantastic we are still customers but only come to this location or deal with everything online. This negative review is for this location and head office.

Amazing customer service at this location. I felt like I was a priority as soon as I walked in the front door. Any questions I came up with were also answered quickly and with a great sense or certainty. I will definitely be coming back to this location. Employee’s name that helped me was Kyle. Thanks Kyle!
