My dad and I recently walked into the At&t in the Landing after finding out my phone was broken due to water damage. We were met by Lola and she helped us have a great, seamless experience transitioning phones and figuring out any technical difficulty problems. Came into upgrade my phone today. Oz assisted me he was absolutely wonderful. He transferred all my information over and was a super patient, great young man.

Had a problem with eSIMs adding to an existing phone. AT&T website chat didn't understand the issue. Took my phone in and met Jesse. In less than 5 minutes he had the issue resolved. He was very personable and helpful. Jesse saved me a ton of time and headaches!
