My dad and I recently walked into the At&t in the Landing after finding out my phone was broken due to water damage. We were met by Lola and she helped us have a great, seamless experience transitioning phones and figuring out any technical difficulty problems. Had a problem with eSIMs adding to an existing phone. AT&T website chat didn't understand the issue. Took my phone in and met Jesse. In less than 5 minutes he had the issue resolved. He was very personable and helpful. Jesse saved me a ton of time and headaches!
