I don't usually leave reviews, but Jose from this store not only hooked us up with the phones we wanted - he went out of his way to sign our family up with a plan that saved us a lot of money going forward. We upgraded 2 phones to iPhone 12 Pro Max, and he brought out all the iPhone 12 models, along with their different colors, just so we know exactly what we're getting. To top it all off, he even gave us his personal phone number in case we had any technical issues...which we did, and he helped us out over the phone after his shift was already over for the night! Amazing customer service, and we're very satisfied with our new phones. Thanks, Jose. :)

Amanda at Everett AT&T store was outstanding. I came in with problem resetting my password to my email account. I feared I would get a heavy sales pitch to buy a new phone. Amanda showed me how to fix my problem. Then when I expressed curiosity, showed me some upgrade options I could consider. Very chill. I will seek her out when I decide to upgrade. Super nice & helpful.

Visited a couple weekends ago to get new phones and Amanda was so amazing. She helped me with all my questions and took the time to make sure my phone was set up and helped transfer everything over from my old phone. She did a awesome job. Great store with a fun environment
