Vincent is the best AT&T employee I've ever worked with in my long history with the company, going back to my first IPhone. He was tireless in answering and addressing our concerns, always treating us with respect, patience and kindness. He was also extremely warm and funny, he made the two hours we were there fly by.
Give that man a gigantic raise, or better yet, make him VP of the Pacific Northwest Division! A++++ service!
I visited this store the guy is very unprofessional they don’t know anything about the system he leave me 5-7 times to get the information from a girl may be she is manager and she was totally free no other customer she talked with other guy but not come to attend me even for a while Totally unprofessional workers and the waste almost 40 mins just to add a line I’ll give 0 out of 10 to this store employees
