How is there only one associate here? There's a whole line of people here and every customer interaction is going to take minimum 20 minutes, why is there only one associate here. One who didn't even acknowledge me until I've been standing in the store staring at him for 15 minutes. Avoid this shop

The trade-in of my old phone took a long time, but the 2 employees working there were nice, knowledgeable and helpful.

Went in for help getting a new eSIM card and they got me all squared away and out the door in a few minutes. Good support from the staff
