Everytime I go into this store or even walk by this store the employees are either in the back and it takes them forever to get back on the floor or they are on their phones talking to someone don’t even greet me I’ve worked in the industry for a while now and this isn’t how customers should be treated. I went in to buy a watch a few months ago specifically told the representative that I did not want insurance at all and he ended up sticking it on their anyways try to back into the store so they can take it off and they tell me no they will not take it off customer care is gonna have to take it off. I will never go to this store again especially since things were added to my account without my consent

The girl that was working on Saturday may 18 th is possibly the laziest person I ever met … she knows nothing about the phones you sell … if I wasn’t under contract this person would have me going to another provider just to not deal with how rude she was !!!

Ariana was amazing, she was everything and we would have kept walking if it weren't for her, she answered every question perfectly and professionally then took care of everything we needed with incredible customer service exactly as she said You are lucky to have her
