Everyone was very nice. Although it took a 15-20+ min to get help they made sure we were acknowledged. I got all my questions answered and Chris made sure I understood correctly about my plans and everything I was asking.

Horrible service by rep Christopher!! He really told us hurry up I only have 5 minutes, and on top of that he had the worst attitude! Not customer service friendly at all! Should not be working here. Really disappointed
