I’ve been an AT&T customer for 10 years and I had my first bad experience at this store. Seth the manager is super sketch. He was adding items to my bill without approval and never actually asked me what I was looking for or tried to give me information, help with my decision, etc. I asked multiple times for a price breakdown for what I’m being charged for and he would not give me one or tell me what my exact price was. I told him I wanted to upgrade to an iPhone 15 and he brought out a 15 pro and continued to ring me up for the pro. When I brought up not wanting the 15 pro they gave me the 15 but still charged me for the 15 pro plus a protection plan that I did not ask for or know the price of and I only noticed that when I left the store and finally got an email receipt. I had to go back and ask for the correct price for the phone I left with. Seth came back, barely said a word, fixed their mistakes, and still wouldn’t give me a receipt and said to call 611 for billing info. I came back a 3rd time since I couldn’t see anything on my AT&T account for what my bill was suppose to be. Raymond helped me out and very quickly able to pull me up a receipt and explain all billing charges that the manager refused to share with me. Raymond was able to give me answers to all my questions within 5 minutes while I spent 2.5 hours with Seth and another employee who would not give me a straight answer or clear information.
Overall, it felt very scammy that I was being charged for items I didn’t approve of and they refused to show me any form of receipt until I left. Based off other reviews it looks like this is a common experience, especially when working with the “manager” Seth.

I wanted to leave AT&T for a cheaper carrier but received such excellent customer service that I ended up with AT&T for another 36 months. I came in three times during this process of upgrading to a new phone and each time I was greeted and helped within seconds. The first guy, Joseph, is responsible for retaining me as a client. When I went the second time to get help with smart switch, the gentleman that Wednesday evening, same story. Immediately greeted and helped. There was also a woman who's name I forgot who was visiting from another store and was equally amazing. Friday I went in to take advantage of the 50% Samsung discount and the manager on duty was super helpful. I keep coming back to this location in Bridgeport because I have never once had a bad experience. I'm a retail leader and I know the value of good customer service. Keep this team, for they are all super stars! - Justin

We have had nothing but problems when we go here, when we wanted to upgrade our phones we had paper ID’s and was told they don’t take paper ID’s anymore and also said we wouldn’t get our first bill until next month but a week later we had to pay $200 for our monthly bill when we questioned them about it they acted stupid and said they can’t do anything about it, we went to the Wilsonville location which isn’t a corporate location and they were able to get us the phones with our paper ID no problem, then when we went to get a prepaid phone added onto our account at this location they didn’t even put it on our account when we paid money for it, they also said the guy who did our upgrade at the Wilsonville location will get investigated and in trouble for it when the guy told us that the corporate location is wrong they can take the paper id. To add to the reasoning on the one star one older guy with glasses kept trying to take my debit card out my hand when I was trying to swipe it to pay for the prepaid phone, he was all over the place, rudely interrupting when we were talking, our bill has been outrageously going up every single month to the point we dig into our rent money to pay it, it went from $200 to now $600 a month when we technically only have 2 lines with the newest iPhone to which we are supposed to be paying like $200 the only person who worked with us And has gone above and beyond is the manager. I want something resolved asap, or we will be taking our service to another carrier
