During my visit to AT&T in tanasbourne I was greated by a sales associate named Liliana. She was helpful and careful with my brand new Galaxy s24+ ultra!! Got a glass screen protector applied and cleaned up! Also bought some accessories that I needed/wanted to protect my purchase. I will be coming back to this location for the out standing care and service of the employee!!

Nick/Store Manager at the AT&T Tanasbourne store is very pleasant and thorough. His customer service skills are top priority and well honed in. Nick is very knowledgeable in product and services; he cleaned up our billing issues, applied earned discounts, informed and sold us on lower rates for cable, and assisted us on upgrading old phones. Additionally, we purchased new phone accessories at a discounted price. We walked away feeling happy and thankful. Thank You Nick!!! We will be back. We plan on sharing with friends and family how great this location is..

It has been 5 months of trying to get these people to do what they promised they would do. No one answers their phones or returns calls. They ended up manipulating my account so that my monthly bill went up $75. When I tried to reach someone to resolve it, no one would respond. I finally had to spend 2 hours on the phone with ATT directly to resolve the matter. I really don't think they know what they are doing at this store...
