Best customer service I've ever had, not just at an AT+T store. I was there three days in a row, due to confusion and phone issues after purchase. Andres helped me all three days, with patience and understanding. From recommending phone storage to giving great feedback on accessories, he knew it all. I ran into a phone issue and Andres helped me troubleshoot for hours, with the help of his assistant manager, Mario.

So helpful! I've recommended this store to all my friends, just due to the great customer service I received. Thanks, again!

We worked with Sean O at this location and that dude is so cool! We get really nervous around technology and high stakes purchases but he was super patient and extremely knowledgeable. We were so happy with the transaction of getting our whole family onto an At&t plan with new phones. We een bought extra iPads from him for our business based on his brilliant solution for our needs. Buyers be aware, ATT doesn’t have service specifically Internet service in north Portland… your best option would be Verizon. I also had two lines, one for my phone and one for my watch, when I transferred I paid off my phone but i had installment on my watch and they are still charging me for the full service for my watch event though i can’t receive texts or calls on my watch number… So I’m overcharged for the number that I don’t use…
