AT&T screwed me out of my trade in phone. I dropped it off at the Colville store and they shipped it off. No one received it after that so they billed me the $470 for the phone even though I provided them the tracking number for the phone from my local store!!!! I have fought them for over a month and they are STILL rejecting the charge back! I’m done with them! They can eat my bill and all future bills! I went to straight talk! I will fight it in collections. I will not give them one more penny!!!!

Thanks a lot team. I purchased a Samsung galaxy watch. I specifically said I work at a lumber mill. Manager assured me the watch was durable. Great! That wasn't the problem. After a month it started to not keep a charge. I brought it in and was told if I had insurance they would replace the battery for free. I was never asked about insurance? I assumed it would, being it was financed.... ( my cell phone is) Luckily it was still under manufacture warranty. Now after wasting hours of my life, Samsung is sending me a refund. The day I brought it in, the Manager who sold it to me would not even look at me. She knew it was her mistake to not ask/ put insurance on it! She even tried to do an override to put insurance on it ( in the back office) So because of that I have been sent to two different places and finally dealing with Samsung itself I don't have a watch. Yet still making payments until the refund is issued. That's pretty awful representation guys. Thanks
