Staff are helpful and friendly, however, even though I was told I would not be charged for a new SIM card, they charged me anyway. It's not a big deal, but it's annoying. Be sure to check your receipt before leaving the store.

Aria was so great and kind! I came in to buy a camera lens protector after cracking mine but they were out of the pro max protectors. She happened to have an extra she purchased and gave it to me.
