Absolute worst company on the planet. I bought an iPhone with cash expecting to own it. But after 12 months of paying on time and using their service, AT&T refused to unlock the carrier. No one in the store could help me and the phone tree is less than useless. I actually had a mental breakdown. This store has a literal casualty count. I've had AT&T slow my data to the point where my GPS was useless and I had to resort to verbal direction like the 1970s. And most recently the store staff refused to help reactivate my sim because a temporary drivers license wasn't enough for them to access my account. Unless you really like burning money, suffering, or are ignorant don't waste your time or money. The staff might be nice as long as the check doesn't bounce, but the company is vindictive.

Brian B is great. He had no troubles explaining things to me, and was just overall helpful! To my fellow at&t customers, I recommend working with him if you can!!! Best worker there, by far! (:
