If you're considering porting your family plan to AT&T at this store, be cautious and don't trust their verbal promises. A few months ago, I walked into this store to port my family's numbers, and Victoria assisted me. She assured me (verbally) that I would get $35 per line per month due to various discounts, including a porting discount. I trusted her. However, my first bill came in much higher at $45 per line. When I went back to the store, Victoria contacted someone and applied a discount to my next bill, bringing it down to $38 per line. Unfortunately, after that, the charges went back up to $45.
I texted the number Victoria gave me to resolve the issue but never received a response. Two weeks ago, I returned to the store and was helped by Brooke, who had a negative attitude and didn’t seem interested in assisting me. He said the plan had always been $45 per line and that I needed to speak with Victoria. After waiting another 30 minutes, Victoria finally told me she was too busy to help and asked me to call her the next day. I called her several times, both the next day and the day after, but she never picked up.
Afterward, I contacted customer service, and they also confirmed that my plan was $45 per line, contrary to what I was promised. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone.
