AT&T is very helpful I had troubles with other ones and had to pay so much for so little. I recamend AT&Tfor your go to if you want to save. The people there are nice and love to chat.

This place is a joke doesn't know how to work with loyal customers. They also low ball you on your trade in value. Would not recommend guving this company your trust. I will not be renewing my contract with this branch.

Her calm focus, and positive attitude made the experience much better. The Verizon store in comparison wanted me out of there asap it felt like. She took a genuine interest in resolving my issue

The issue was the new phone I was trying to activate isn't the US version. Amazon sent the wrong one. And the IMEI needed to be set to my old phone
