The associate Arely was wonderful and tried everything she could to help me repair my phone issue and that’s the only reason for the two stars. We decided to go ahead and upgrade my phone because it wasn’t repairable, but I had to go to the Apple Store to have them wipe it since it wouldn’t connect to the Internet. I paid the upgrade fee before we knew it wouldn’t connect to the Internet for her to wipe it. When I got home, I called the Apple Store. They were able to fix my phone over the telephone. I then noticed I had been charged the upgrade fee on my bank account so I called the AT&T store to inquire about getting a refund of $122 back since I was not going to upgrade my phone. The first rep had zero customer service was rude obnoxious and acted like I was wasting her time. I explained the entire scenario twice and she still came back and said “so what’s your question then? “I then asked for a manager who came on with the same attitude and wasn’t really helpful. He wasn’t willing to tell me what I needed to do to get a refund but did say “I can’t guarantee you’re going to get a refund “which just frustrated me even more. He could’ve said “for security reasons I would need you to come intro the store so we can take a look at your account and figure out how we can make this right. “ I don’t know if these people blatantly don’t care about providing customer service or just have no common sense or respect for their customers! I definitely do not recommend shopping at this location, at least not until they properly train their team. I will call corporate tomorrow!

My husband and I are moving two miles from our current complex. We stopped into this location for advice on the move. We were told we were not allowed to take our cable box. That we had to cancel our current plan and pay more for a few plan. This was a lie. We spoke with an awesome customer service representative on the phone while trying to install our new box who told us that was not the case and that the employee at this location had mislead us because they make money off of selling new plans. Super shady and really just added another annoying step to our moving process.
