Went in to receive assistance on an AT&T product. The entire staff was sitting on their phones playing games. As i asked for assistance, they told me there was nothing they can do while trying to sell more expensive products to me. Manager began insulting me as I left(because I use a cheaper phone lol), and ended with cursing me out.

My dad and I recently visited this store and Reece origanily helped my dad who is 70 years old. She forced him to get internet without him not knowing what he was signing up for. She was very agressive with my dad when it came to her wanting for him to sign up for internert. I do not recommed for anyone to get helped by her. She is very vulgar and agressive toward people. Reece is a very bad representation to AT&T. Staff sucks here
