Mattie is a wonderful tech/rep and kicked butt on my screen protector and phone replacements. She let me know my most affordable and economical options and tried to save me from wasting money on a needless upgrade. Love her and Hannah for not pressuring customers into purchasing; they just want to help accomplish whatever you need. Her sense of humor makes the errand a lot more fun.
I would give 6 stars if they would let us have the wireless charger for free.

When I went to the local AT&T store, I had the best experience and customer service despite having a difficult request of switching up multiple phones and setting up multiple decives and their data. The guy who helped my mom and I, Seth, was extremely welcoming, patient, friendly, and cooperative while still being professional and helping us get everything done. Definitely my best experience with getting assistance from a worker setting up a device. Can't thank you enough.
