The AT&T Store on Main Street in Port Washington is now under new management. I had to stop in with a major issue and the new manager Fahad Saadi handled the situation beautifully. He has such a calm demeanor and reassured me that the issue would be corrected. He was not only helping me, but others as well, and I was amazed to witness this young man’s ability to please everyone while working so efficiently.

The storei is always clean and the manager fahas is very helpful and he goes above and beyond to help you all cell phone stores should be like this one!

I can honestly say , this is the best AT&T store in this area include manhasset -great neck .. I had a very bad experience in Manhasset store before . For this time , I was dealing with a very stressful situation in the morning and store manager Fahad , helped me so much .. He should be selected the best store manager in NY . Its not only me with all customers that came in this morning he was the best problem solver ! I really appreciate it and best if luck ! We need that kind of teams to be a happy customer ! 🙏🏻
