I brought my mother in law in here and we ended up being in here all day trying to fix somethings ... the associate was so incredibly kind and did everything to help us get thru it . The manager came on shift while we were still there and we eneded up facing more issues and she was able to help us resolve them and I just want to say this has been my best encounter with any mobile service provider! They were so patient . And idk it was a long day but things got resolved !

Right off the bat I was attended very well. Very good customer service and the young lady who works there was very patient with me as I struggle to manage my phone at times.
