Was told by AT&t support team on the web to go here to get assistance in unlocking my phone.
Came here and was told that they do not offer assistance in unlocking the phone.
Wouldn't let me explain what the issue was with unlocking my phone and simply insisted that they do not do it or that they do not have the supplies to do it.
ATT is more or less holding my phone hostage even though it is fully paid off.
So that means that it is a poor company in terms of the service and this location in particular is also terrible in the experience they create
Went in on New Years Eve. 1 female associate on the sales floor helping a gentleman. We walked over to the koisk to pay our bill. Kiosk said please see associate. After 5 minutes, I walked over to the lady and said, "Excuse me for interrupting, can you give us a hand with a kiosk?" "She looked up and said it's broken" At this point I'm really not impressed with her customer service skills & I stated "It doesn't say it's broken, it says see associate. It should have a sign on it it says it's broken" Ms. No Customer Service Skills " said well its broken. I told her you have told us that when we were standing there. She said she was being kind. Kind? KIND to who? The Hispanic gentle man you were sitting way to close to & flirting with? That's not kind! It's ignoring incoming customers & stepping over the line while on the job. I hope your boss reviews the cameras & see you for who you are. After speaking to a "Woodland Local" apparently that Kiosk has been out of order over a year.
