These guys are not only super knowledgeable, but two of the nicest people, offering product and service options in a clear and transparent manner. There was no high pressure to upsell. I was ambivalent about trying the new Samsung Fold 6, but after learning about the device and the current promotional discount, I went for it and it is better than expected. I opted for the recommended cover (perfect fit, protection, and comfort) and the screen protector, each installed on the spot. Luke and Rocky are passionate about their role in helping customers select the best phone and service plan. With the level of service they provided I thought they were store co-owners! After completion of the transaction I contacted them with a few questions about the phone and they were eager to assist me.
