Made an appointment & store rep, her name was Li, was 40 minutes late. Then she spent OVER 90 minutes trying to sell us products/ services we told her we didn't/ want need, then she repeatedly changed / didn't know what our bill would be until we did the math & then she suddenly remembered. Then after 3 hours told us the store didn't even have the phones in stock. I asked for the 15 Pro Max instead at the 15 Pro price for the inconvenience, then proceed to tell us her shift was over and that we needed to leave. She then started speaking Chinese with her manager, & they made it clear our time, money, & customer loyalty was not valued! Every time something couldn’t be done, like checking inventory at another location, it was disproven 15 minutes later The employees at the Stonestown location are either incompetent, dishonest, or both! There were other customers experiencing the same issues and I hope they post about it as well. Make this right AT&T! You can do better!

Young female worker with nose ring is very rude and not helpful. I had to ask her multiple times to do her job. Lady, do better. 😃 😃

Stonetown is the worst store. I went in and they told me one person in front of me at 4-:45pm. I just say the 3 employees going back and forth with the 3 clients they had. By the time I walk out at 5:30pm they had 7 people waiting all being told the wait was 20 -25 minutes. No way. I went to the Westlake Store no wait the staff there was great. We were out of there in 10 minutes. I recommend the Westlake Store if you need something at AT&T so much more efficient. I give Stonetown 1 star! Not that they deserve it but I had to in order to put this review up!
