Darius was amazing. My phones were not working at all on the way in i was super stressed about it. He was calm efficient and beyond helpful and resolved all my isssues. He even checked in on me later to make sure everything was working. Cant thank him enough.

This is about ATT as a whole not this store.
This company is soulless, evil and commit highway robbery on a monthly basis. They don’t honor their payment plans or care for their customers who are the sole reason they’re in business.

This used to be my favorite AT&T wireless store, easy location on Lincoln Blvd in Venice, customer service is good, but DO NOT park in the free parking lot behind the store unless you want your car damaged by one of the drug crazed homeless sleeping in their parking lot.
