Karen L very unprofessional worker. She deceived me! I paid in full for the cell phone and Karen told me that the phone would be unlocked in 24 hours. It's been 3 days and I'm back. And a new employee told me about 60 days! 60!!! I have to wait 60 days for the phone to be unlocked, for which I paid all its cost !!!!

Came in store with prepaid service got post paid instead was helped by Millie she was very friendly and helpful.

mf told me i would be getting a student discount after changing from a prepaid to a postpaid account. My bill went up from $65 to $130 because that mf couldn't do it right smh
